Terms of service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply to Hive Planner Pro at rc920.app/hive, made by RC920 Application Lab, the Netherlands. By signing in or buying you agree to these terms. Questions: support@rc920.app.

What you get

Hive Planner Pro is a browser-based planning tool for alliance layouts. A one-time payment of €9.99 gives the Google account you signed in with personal, non-transferable access to the planner, including saving plans to your account, for as long as we offer the service. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Payment and right of withdrawal

Payments are handled by Stripe. Hive Planner Pro is digital content that is unlocked immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. If the planner does not work as described, email us and we will fix it or refund you.

Fair use

Not an official game product

Hive Planner Pro is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any game publisher. Game names and terms belong to their respective owners. Map data is based on a community-verified, MIT-licensed open-source planner.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the planner available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". Game updates can change maps or rules before we update the planner. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever shut the service down, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your plans.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Hive Planner Pro. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ending your access

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
